Before sending your photo, please consider the following:
- The quality of the finished product depends upon the quality of your photo. Please do not resize before sending, as this may compromise print quality.
- Photos submitted in full color may be converted to Black & White or Sepia Tone at no additional charge. Please specify when ordering whether you would like your photo printed in Color, Black & White or Sepia. *If not specified, photo will be printed as it is sent.
- Before sending your photo, remember that it will be cropped to fit the given area on the chosen product. If you have any special requests regarding cropping, please provide this information when placing your order.
- Please send your photo JPEG, TIFF, or PDF file format with a minimum resolution of 1260 x 840 pixels (W x H) or 300 dpi.
- Please remember that your product will be printed with a CMYK process – depending on the nature of your photo, printed color results may vary slightly from digital files. Krepe-Kraft does not guarantee exact color reproduction, and will not perform automatic color or file correction. These services are available upon request for an additional charge.
